Dr. Keivan Sadeghzadeh is an Assistant Professor of Operations Management in the Charlton College of Business at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Prior to this position, he was a Postdoctoral Researcher at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan School of Management. He is interested in the application of statistics and knowledge discovery systems, as they pertain to operations management, particularly in quality and reliability, decision analytics, and healthcare systems. His primary research is focused on the development of interpretable and robust machine learning models as well as quantitative and applied decision-making methods for performing operational risk and failure analysis. Dr. Sadeghzadeh is the recipient of the American Statistical Association 2015 Natrella Scholarship Award.
